With Yo-Aktiv 10 liters yogurt leaven the fermentation of the milk lasts about 5 hours. As a result, you get a thick yogurt with good structure, with a milder taste in the first days and the inherent slight acidification in the following days as proof that L. Bulgaricus continues to grow in yogurt and the right ratio of beneficial bacteria, typical for yogurts – Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
