Potato rissoles with sirene

Necessary ingredients:

potatoes – 1 kg

eggs – 4 pcs.

breadcrumbs

garlic – 2 cloves

sirene – 200 g

salt

Method for preparation:

Potatoes are peeled, washed, cut and cooked. When they are ready, they are made in puree with one egg, 4 tablespoons. breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, crushed cheese and salt.
