5 g yeast

100 ml. water

1/2 teaspoon soda

300 ml. water

300 ml. cheese

6 eggs

100 ml. oil

Flour (600 g) is sifted into a tray, together with salt (1 tablespoon) and soda (1/2 teaspoonful). A well is formed from it, in which the yeast is poured in portions (5 g) dissolved in a little water (100 ml). Then slowly and in small portions add water (300 ml.) And mix a smooth dough. It is necessary to mix very well, about 10 minutes, until it forms bubbles.

The dough is broken into four balls, which are stretched with the rolling pin until the bark is formed and dyed with oil. Leave for 10-15 minutes to rest and then weigh on a cloth until they become very thin.

Sprinkle with some oil and broken eggs and crushed cheese. The rolls are rolled up and placed in a greased pan.

The well-baked banitsa with eggs and cheese is baked for 1 hour in the oven, the first 20 minutes is baked at 250 degrees, then 200 degrees.
